The Swiss Jobrollen Check is a free career test for Switzerland. In about 10 minutes, you answer 64 questions about your interests, strengths, values and work style. From this we create your personal competence profile and compare it with more than 1800 Swiss occupations, aligned with the Swiss education system (EBA, EFZ, vocational baccalaureate, HF, FH).
What is a career test?
A career test helps you identify suitable occupations based on your interests, strengths, way of working and values. The Swiss Jobrollen Check is a free career test for Switzerland: after 64 questions, you see your strongest career field and the best-matching specific role. With Pro, all five career fields become visible along with occupations and education paths.
Is the Berufs-Check really free?
Yes. The complete career check with 64 questions is free – no credit card. Right afterwards you see your strongest career field, your best-matching role and the match percentage for every rank, free of charge. Pro is optional at CHF 49.90 one-off: all five career fields, specific occupations, PDF, email and permanent access.

Who is the career choice test for?
For students before looking for an apprenticeship, working people considering a new direction, people returning to work and career changers, whatever stage of life they are in. At the start, you choose your path (e.g. apprenticeship, retraining, higher vocational education).
Does the test help with finding an apprenticeship?
Yes. If you choose the path “apprenticeship / first career choice”, the check shows you suitable apprenticeship occupations (EBA/EFZ) at your level, ideal as guidance for career choice and apprenticeship search in Switzerland.
How is the Berufs-Check different from career counselling?
The Berufs-Check is fast, free online guidance. Career counselling is personal, in-depth support from a specialist. Alpasana GmbH offers both: the check gives you direction, and job coaching helps you reach your goal.
